We are adding an Executive Secretary to our administrative team to provide administrative and secretarial support to the C5T Executive Team. This position fills a highly visible role within our organization and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and executive teams. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
The qualified candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a Bachelor’s Degree plus three (3) to five (5) years’ related experience or Associate’s Degree plus five (5) to seven (7) years’ related experience. Because this position will be responsible for proofreading and editing technical documents and proposals, prior experience in Air Mobility Command (AMC) or US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is preferred.
